By submitting User Content, you agree to the following rules: You must have the necessary authorization or ownership rights for any server and its associated content that you register. You will not post stolen, illegal, or infringing content. You will not post content that is inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, or hateful. WayHub does not pre-screen User Content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

WayHub's Content: All content on the Website, including images, branding, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of WayHub and is protected by intellectual property laws. User Content: You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to our Website, you grant WayHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

5. Membership Plans and Payments

Subscriptions: WayHub offers membership plans that provide enhanced visibility and cosmetic features for listed servers. These memberships are offered as recurring subscriptions. Payment: We use Stripe and PayPal as third-party payment processors. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal. Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account dashboard.

6. Refund Policy

Memberships: You may request a refund for a membership plan within four (4) days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, you must contact us at contact@wayhub.org. Refunds requested after this 4-day period will not be granted. Auctions: All sales related to server auctions or similar promotional features are final and non-refundable.

7. Account Termination

You may request the complete deletion of your account at any time by sending an email to contact@wayhub.org. WayHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WayHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
